Action in the Yellow Medicine County District Court by Carl Winter and others, members of Farmers Educational and Cooperative Union of America (Minnesota Division), against said corporation and John C. Erp, president of its board of directors, for the recovery of a sum allegedly wrongfully withdrawn from the funds of the corporation. After findings that defendant corporation was entitled to judgment against defendant Erp, Sam G. Gandrud, Judge, said defendant Erp appealed from the judgment entered. Thereafter, Rozella Hendrickson, special administratrix of his estate, was substituted as appellant.
